Title: The Arthur Schedule for November
Post by: Jekyll Jekyll Hyde on October 01, 2013, 09:47:27 am
Today I looked on the November schedule for Arthur on KCTS9 and was heartbroken when, despite the first half of Season 17 being listed, there were no older episode than from Season 6.
Has anyone wondered why KCTS9 seems to have barely aired any old episodes recently, in comparison to the fact that last fall we had episodes such as '''I'm a Poet''', and '''D.W Tale Spins'''.

Three things:

1. Hi, welcome to Elwood City Central; really dig your handle there.
2. In case you weren't aware, we pretty much already have a thread for discussing upcoming show schedules: http://elwoodcitycentral.createaforum.com/arthur-episodes/older-episode-theories/
3. Actually, I looked at the schedule myself, and personally, I am RELIEVED, because we're FINALLY getting some GOOD episodes peppered throughout the month for a change! Here's what we have to look forward to in November:
11/5 - "Cast Away/The Great Sock Mystery" (Okay, that's only HALF a good episode)
11/7 - "Francine's Split Decision/Muffy Goes Metropolitan"
11/8 - "Ants in Arthur's Pants/Don't Ask Muffy"
11/18 - "To Tibble the Truth/Waiting to Go"
11/19 - "Elwood City Turns 100"
11/21 - "Pick a Car, Any Car/Jenna's Bedtime Blues"
11/25 - "D.W.'s Time Trouble/Buster's Amish Mismatch"
11/27 - "The World of Tomorrow/Is There a Doctor in the House?"
11/28 - "Prunella Sees the Light/Return of the Snowball"
11/29 - "All About D.W./Blockheads"

Of course, the first half of Season 17 starts next month as well, but I'll give it a chance since, despite some stiff and robotic animation last season, the show's improving somewhat.

It's a good idea. Which made me think what to do next.
