According to someone I contacted at 9 Story Entertainment: These are the Arthur episodes for Season 17 slated to air on PBS Kids in the USA in 2013-2014:
FALL 2013:
Show Off/Dog's Best Friend
Adventures in Budylon/Ladonna Compson, Party Animal
Molina's Mulligan/Buster Flops
Opposites Distract/Just the Ticket
All Thumbs/Kidonia
SPRING 2014:
Speak Up, Francine/Waiting For Snow
Pets and Pests/Go Fly a Kite
The Director's Cut/Crime and Concequences
Caught in the Crosswires/Framed
Binky's Music Madness/Brain Freeze
Also: I don't know if 9 Story will get a go ahead for Arthur Seasons 18 and 19 for 2014/2015/2016.

Thanks for posting these. A few of us wondered why in the world an episode was named just "Ladonna Compson"...then it turns out to be "Ladonna Compson, Party Animal"

Awesome, thanks for posting the episode list. I'm curious as to what the episodes "Buster Flops" and "Dog's Best Friends" will be about. Also, "Framed" seems like it could be quite interesting.

Wait, I'm confused... so, does that mean there won't be a Season 18 or 19, or 9 Story won't be animating a possible Season 18 or 19? And ARE we getting Seasons 18 and 19? Seems like the last anybody said anything, there were hints that 18 would be the last. ???

Too early to tell at this point. Those episodes listed are for the 2013-2014 season. We may find out later on as to whether a Season 18 will be produced.

Oh, yeah, "Ladonna Compsom, Party Animal" makes way more sense than "Ladonna Compson." What, no episodes with "Arthur" or "D.W." in the title? I think it's interesting that they're ending season 17 with part 1 being a Binky episode and part 2 being a Brain episode, just like season 9. Incidentally, for years I thought that they should have renamed the Ice Cream Shop "Brain Freeze."
I never would have thought of asking 9 Story. So you just went to 9 Story's website and emailed them?

It just goes to show you that they've pretty much stopped focusing on Arthur...even D.W., surprisingly. Even seasons 11-15 (around that time) seem to have a lot more Arthur episodes compared to 16 and 17 ones.
The ice cream shop being named "Brain Freeze" is pretty clever, but Brain is only his nickname...though I do think there are companies where the founder or someone related to him/her was the namesake for the company, even if it was a lesser-know, informal nickname.

They've already shown them? I only thought that they finished showing season 16 early, I had no idea they had even started showing 17 yet.

They are classified as Season 16 in Australia or countries that receive them. In the US and Canada it will be Season 17. Not sure why they do that.

A Facebook post confirmed that Season 17 will air in November of this year.
