Season 16 Voice Changes?

I've been curious, does anyone know if there is any news as to whether any characters got replacement voice actors for this season?

MCCJ:
I have doubts they will. The only characters I could see getting new voice actors are Ladonna (assuming she will be a regular on the show) and possibly any of the other minor characters that speaks.

Um...how could Ladonna get a new voice actor if she's a new character?

There are new voices for 4 Arthur characters in Season 16 that aired this week on PBS Kids:
Arthur - Drew Adkins
D.W. - Jake Beale
Brain - Siam Yu
Catherine Frensky - Robyn Thaler Hickey
