Episodes / Re: Future of the Lance Armstrong Episodes
« on: December 27, 2014, 03:36:20 am »
Does anyone on here know what will be the fate of the Lance Armstrong Episodes since PBS no longer airs them on television and what will happen to the episodes Operation D.W. and The Frensky Family Fiasco since those episodes were paired with the banned Lance Armstrong Episodes.
In countries where the episodes are two stories paired together, rather than individual 11-minute segments, they will have to either show both halves or neither. They have never had to change pairs of episodes before. However, since Lance had 1 half-episode, 1 two-part episode, and a parody version in 1 half-episode, it adds up nicely to pair Operation D.W. and The Frensky Family Fiasco, if they ever did that sort of thing.

Remember, though. Vance Legstrong is certainly a strong reference to Lance Armstrong, but they are not the same person.

It's mostly for displaying homework to do. Ratburn uses the board in front of the room for lessons.

I remember in "Desk Wars" it had several assignments about the United Nations.

Where D.W. misquoted the old Starlight, Starbright poem? It just suddenly popped back into my head today, I remember she said something along the lines of, "Starlight, starbright, the only star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, wish the wish I wish to wish, alright?" Or something like that.

Ok, I've been corrected countless times, so I think I have most of the details right this time.

1. Someone requested for adminship from the create-a-forum staff, but they said only the admins on the forum can create new admins.
2. The create-a-forum staff offered to delete this forum as a last resort against being overrun with spam.
3. The person requested the deletion date of February 12, but the create-a-forum staff never replied to confirm the date.

Start the video at 6 minutes, 5 seconds. Important dialogue ends at 6 minutes, 50 seconds.

Mom: Hello? Oh, hi, Leah. No, I was expecting a call from Herb.
D.W.: Arthur! Did you tell Mom yet about all the trouble you're in?
Arthur: D.W., be quiet.
Mom: Please... I'm on the phone. Sorry, Leah. Well, I've been trying to reach him all afternoon. You saw him at school today? That's strange. I needed some paperwork from him to finish his return. I've got to run. Can I call you back? Bye.

Whoever Jane is talking to is obviously close to Herb Haney and was at the school. It seems to point toward Mrs. MacGrady, since her new name, Leah, was clearly featured in season 13's "The Great MacGrady". But "Arthur's Mystery Envelope" was from season 2. Does this mean they changed her name that early on? We do know from the modelsheet that Sarah the preschooler was originally Dolly, so maybe they renamed MacGrady to avoid potential confusion?

The Ghost of Lunch Tomorrow offered her a slice of pizza. But, wait! It was Yom Kippur, and she was fasting with Catherine this year! No, wait, it wasn't. SO IT WAS OK :D

She took a HUUUGE bite of pizza, as she realized it had mushrooms on it. Sporty Goose had died from eating mushrooms without doing a proper hokey-pokey. But these mushrooms were OK!!!!!

She suddenly woke up. But she wasn't at her home, she was in a car, parked outside of ...

...because he broke his leg. Again. Mr. Morris broke his leg for the 8th time that year alone. With his incredible "Cartoon dog" ability, he usually healed up before the next episode. But he felt someone definitely hit him on purpose this time. He turned and saw one lone figure: Slink. Slink saw him, too, his 9 Story eyes peering through his flash-animated hair. Slink knew it looked bad, so his choice of words would make all the difference...

Characters / The Preschool
« on: December 21, 2013, 09:10:32 pm »

On November 22, 2013, Marc Brown Studios posted an early modelsheet revealing the names of the entire preschool class, some of which have been changed subsequently.

  • Ms. Morgan is named "Mrs. Morgan", as she is referred to on occasion.
  • D.W. is the same as normal.
  • Amanda Hulser, the aardvark girl with the dress, is still named Amanda.
  • Liam is the same as normal.
  • The dark-brown dog boy with shorts is revealed to be named Kyle.
  • Edwin, the long-haired rabbit boy, was originally named Ben.
  • Maryann, the dog girl with the purple dress, is still Maryann.
  • Emily appears in her 'post-season 6' design. Although the rest of the modelsheet is from 1996, Emily is labeled "Revised" to distinguish her new design.
  • Without color, Tommy and Timmy look exactly the same.
  • James was originally named Jimmy. Technically, he could still be named that, but he has not once been called that to date.
  • Sarah, the aardvark girl with shorts, was originally named Dolly.
  • The orange-haired rabbit girl with the dress is revealed to be named Lucy.
  • Lisa, the rabbit girl with shorts, was originally named Eileen.

mad at CJ, Magnezonomon?
Not mad at someone, but mad at something: the general attitude of meeting haters with more hate because the other hater hated first.

You know, that's a good point: Even I have started to lose control. I bit you farewell, Elwood City Central! Unless something very very good shows up, I don't think I'll ever be in want of return hither.
