Title: Favorite Arthur Character
Post by: A Lotta Moms on October 18, 2013, 05:37:44 am: Out of the main group of Arthur characters, who is your favorite?
Supporting characters (mostly) not included...although a poll for favorite supporting character or least favorite character wouldn't be a bad idea.

My money's on D.W. No matter what she says or does, hilarity ensues.
Fern's a close runner-up. Not because she's amusing, but because she's interesting, creative and sympathetic.
Buster isn't far off, either. He usually wins "favorite character" polls by a long shot.

Post by: ralfsmouse on November 09, 2013, 08:23:15 pm: I almost voted for Alan, because I really enjoy his dialogue and his character in general, but I ended up voting for Arthur because... he's Arthur. He's the star of the show, he's pretty much the main character of the series.

I think his plain nature serves as a good baseline for the other, more popular characters to define themselves against.
