I agree with Magnezonomon, I think the only times they wore masks were in "Operation D.W." and "Hic Or Treat." Out of curiosity, why did you need to know?

There's an artist on deviantART who almost always draws various different characters, particularly those from DANNY PHANTOM, wearing surgical masks. Seriously, this is like a fetish for this guy, even when he makes requests or commissions, it's for different characters wearing surgical masks.
