Arthur's Almost Boring Day

Personally, I though that this episode had a good ending and a lot of comical situations throughout Arthur and DW's day. It managed to capture the feeling of a REALLY boring day without boring the watcher, in my opinion. A lot of the scenes had me laughing, like how Brain chants the rain away with an explanation of the water cycle, Arthur's face when DW complains about being outside in the rain, and when DW draws a stick.

I agree completely, not to mention, this episode has some really classic lines:

TV ANNOUNCER: Sweet and fishy, good for kids, golden delicious, Honey Squids!
ARTHUR and D.W.: BLEH!

D.W.: What did you draw?
ARTHUR: A dog, and he's bored. What did you draw?
D.W.: A stick.
ARTHUR: A stick?!
D.W.: A stick from the park WHERE YOU PROMISED TO TAKE ME TODAY!!!

ARTHUR: Oh great, now I can write a really exciting report about grandmother - I visited my grandma, she's nice, the end... I'm doomed.

THORA: You know what they say, this is only good weather for ducks.
*A family of ducks bike down the sidewalk*
FATHER DUCK: Beautiful weather, huh?
D.W.: Huh?
I stretch like a snake, and I shimmy and shake, and I bounce like a ball, and I say something cute when you give me a squeeze!

The Honey Squid commercial is probably my favorite scene from any Arthur episode. It's so disgusting, yet I feel like I want to try a bowl of it.

Brain's monologue at the beginning also cracks me up:
"Rain rain, go away... evaporate and recondense combining with molecules in Cumulonimbus clouds to return in a low pressure weather front on a more appropriate occasion, hey hey!"
